Group of four, on a Tuesday, 11:30. Could not not have asked for better service or lunch food. Chips were warm and fresh, each... person had their own tasty salsa dish (appreciate this - no double dip worries), and all four very happy with their menu choiceand quality. 3 frozen Margaritas and 1 special mixed were all very smooth and just right. We had a wait of 15 mins. No biggie. We waited at our table for someone to greet us longer then we did waiting in the lobby.... They were very short staffed, which we get! But we didn't have a server, we had a host that they asked to serve. No training,didn't know anything about the menu or the bar drinks. (not her fault, she was VERY young). That's alot of pressure on ateenager. Very disappointed with the "management " on duty. Had nothing decent to say about anything that evening!! Very randown!!!! Read more
Usually love this place, This location was mediocre. Staff was friendly. Food, eh. Carnitas was tender, lacked flavor. Chicken... was very dry and tasted old. Only pic I took was of the orange cream margarita, which is usually a bright orange ???? at everyother location. Go to the plymouth location instead of here. Read more

Nasty tables, nasty floors, there is a fan in the rest room that has wires showing at the end of the cord seems safe. The... waitress delivered our salsa and had her fingers in all 3 bowls and didn't bat an eye about. We ordered 2 waters and theoutsides of the glasses were dirty I had to wipe them off. The waiting staff looks straight out of the movie "Wrong Turn" and"Deliverance". I watch one waitress wipe her forehead sweat and wipe her nose then went to a table ???? nasty. This will be theabsolute last time we visit. The whole needs a bath. Along with the waiting staff. Just nasty. I hate being rude but this time Ihave no worries. The board of health needs to go visit this place during business our so customers can have some justice. Read more
So to echo what another recent review said this place has gone down hill. The salsa tasted Literally like tomato paste. I asked... for pico and that was okay. My wife ordered a standard taco salad and the taco bowl it came in was stale. They brought heranother one with the same it was stale. So she changed it to a simple quesadilla and it came out with cheese on top, nothing inthe middle also it was still white On the bottom so not even cooked right. No manager came to ask anything after replacingmultiple orders. Horrible so not go to this location. Read more
Hacienda used to be pretty good food. Was 3x the price of taco bell but 10x as bad. The chips tasted old and like rotted... grease. The salsa is more like a ground up can of tomatoes. The $10.00 nachos were mostly chips with maybe 1/4 cup of meat andpossibly 1/4 cup other toppings combined. The tomatoes tasted rotten and what they guacamole is beyond sad. Quesadilla was$7.49 for a little cheese on a warmed Tortilla. It did have more cheese on the outside but nothing warranting $7.49! The steakfajitas were the best. At least in look. It didn't taste anywhere near as okay as it looked. Needless to say we did not finishour food and left still hungry. If you are used to crappie food for a crazy price this place is for you. If you know what goodfood taste like and expect your money's worth...do yourself a favor and find another place to eat. I eat out regularly andtravel full-time I can say this is the most disappointing place I have eaten. Read more
Always have a good time at hacienda! Minimal food issues as our Food truck tacos seemed a little burnt. My son wanted to high... five lots of people and our waitress was wonderful and made the time awesome. Read more
