To start out, 3 of my last 4 orders where wrong. I mean just totally wrong order delivered to my house. This last order, same... thing, wrong pizza delivered. I called the store, they said they would remake my pizza and get it right out to me. Fortyminutes later it arrived, eighty minutes after I had originally ordered online. This pizza was close, but still not correct. I'm done with this store and maybe Pizza Hut altogether. Read more
First, I place an order and go in after waiting 30 mins only to be told they don't have my order. The mgr, bless him he didn't... know what to do except ask if I wanted to place another order. I said I've waited 30 mins and showed that I placed it at theright location. I said you'll need to compensate for my time and inconvenience. He did. Only to get 2 sorry pizzas. Look at thepizza Pizza Hut advertises and what they give. Reminds me why I stopped ordering. The cheese starts 1/2 way down the slicesinstead of at the back and I asked for hand tossed. I have thin crust. I drive to PaPa Johns on Wrightsboro in Augusta to getgreat pizza.. pizza with cheese and the toppings is what's supposed to be not skimpy. This Pizza Hut is a hit or miss, usually a miss, when it comes to the quality of the pizza you order and time you receive it.... The last couple of times I've ordered from them the Pizza was cold and tasted terrible. Read more
Pizza was bland. The large looked like a med. Walked in and ordered was told it would be 40 min went in 20 min later to check... and my pizza was ready. Not sure how long it sat there but it was hot. Read more
Ordered a pizza today 6/29/2022 online. We live about 15 minutes away. Pizza was ready as soon as I got there. Staff was... excellent, very polite and friendly. Place was nice and clean. Pizza was out standing. First time going there, but will be back.A+++ for them. Read more
Don't order from here if you want it delivered. They now outsource deliveries through Door Dash, but you don't know that until... 20+ minutes after you've ordered. That's when you get a text from Door Dash letting you know your order will be delivered bythem, while they also add 15-20 more minutes to your wait time. Food arrives soggy and "warm" at best.
