The lady in the back who cooks the food is amazing. She has an incredible smile and great attitude. She goes out of her way to... say hello and delivers your food to you. However the gal at the register got my order wrong. I asked, ?I?d like to get a turkeysausage egg and cheese sandwich. Oh? what?s it called?? Can I get it on a multigrain bagel?? It came back on a plain bagel.Normally I wouldn?t gripe about it. I?m the last person to do that. I just want to eat. Gimme food. But I?ve been trying towatch my sodium intake because my family has a serious issue with heart disease. I?m broke and in between homes and can?t affordnice healthy food. I went to this location after working a 12 hour shift at the hospital. I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese, an order... of snacking bacon, a bacon and cheese croissant stuffer and a large iced matcha latte with almond milk and French vanilla. I getto the window Pay and notice that my drink is incorrect it?s a mocha instead of a matcha. I thought it was a simple mistake andinformed the girl working the register. She hands me a bag announced told the other people working that I was a liar and thatthey had all heard me order a mocha but that they would remake my French vanilla. I don?t want to argue and I don?t want someonewho is this rude making my food. So I leave without my drink. Once I get home I realize that the only thing in the bag is abagel with regular cream cheese. So the only food I left there with was incorrect. Honestly after having an incredibly difficultshift at the Hospital i just wanted to have a coffee and breakfast for the drive home. I don?t recommend coming to this Dunkin. Read more
It took over a half an hour to get 2 coffees. They tried to charge us 3x for the same order. We repeated our order at least 6x... and they still managed to get it wrong. Medium Frozen Chocolate and Medium Carmel Iced Coffee. Not a hard order - gave us theiced coffee correct but the frozen chocolate was coffee. Read more
