I always ???? Culver's. Each place has one high standard throughout their entire system of serving fine food. This one went... beyond outside the box. I walk with a cane. I can't carry two malts or ice cream sundaes with a whole on the top. I explained toa young man. Others inside said we can't do that. Plus I need both in one bag. My right hand has the cane on the left handcarries the items. He took a bigger cup and placed the sundae inside. The first time a young man heard my struggle in Culver's.I wish others would try to listen to those who struggle with disabilities. I?ve always bragged on them and how they never mess up orders. Well the other day I got my son a kids meal cheeseburger. The... burger had no cheese nor was I asked if I wanted condiments. And I couldn?t go back as I was on a 30 minute lunch. Manager Adamstated he would mail coupon which I don?t think is the same if I would have to spend money with coupon. Read more
This is the second time this has happened and it's very disappointing when you are very hungry after work and find out you can't... even eat what you got on the way home ???? The shrimp is very undercooked, the breading is even a little softer thistime....Not only is this disappointing its not safe ! The staff is very nice, just the food isn't getting cooked properly.. Man The butter Burger is to die for here. First time I visited this store just did the drive-thru. Seem very clean. Was... surprised to find it attached to a gas station. All in all another great experience at Culver's Read more
Delicious food every time I come here! The frozen custard is always good! One of the few places that have applesauce and steamed... broccoli as a side. Drive-thru is quick and they have you park on the side after paying where they bring out your food when it'sready. Great service and friendly staff too! Read more
There is no indoor dining right now, that's the only reason for the 4 stars. The service was ok and the food was amazing as... always! I can't eat gluten or sugar but they reduced the price a bit for me since I got a burger without the bun. We ate outside- nice outdoor dining area! Read more
The staff there is amazing! Whoever trains them did a great job. Polite, well spoken, on top of things just...wow!
