Best tropical smoothie I've been to. Fantastic smoothie, definitely the best quesadilla I've gotten from a restaurant.... Unfortunately one customer while I was there decided to take out his problems on the (very friendly) staff, I hope they don'tlet it get to them too much! He was a jerk. Not the best. Dined in with my fiance and daughter. When we approached the counter the girl working the front took about 5... minutes to come take our orders. She just stood there and stared at us. We ordered food and smoothies. I always get the samesmoothie but mine didn't taste right and was watered down. My 3 year old daughter said she wanted to throw hers in the trashbecause it didn't taste good. It tasted like watery chocolate. My fiance's chipotle chicken club sandwich had cold chicken likeit had just come out of the fridge and it's supposed to be hot. I also asked for no tomatoes and buffalo chicken wrap wasloaded with them. Genuinely I never have any issues with tropical smoothie and in the past I haven't had any at this locationbut I hadn't been in awhile. It just seemed like the staff didn't care to be there which sadly these days seems to be a commonthing. After spending $38 I just expected a little more. I travel the northern Virginia area a lot. Tropical smoothie is always a go to for a quick fix. This location is great. I went... in during busy hours and they were swamped. I was out the door in less than 10 minutes with food and smoothies in hand for 8people. Read more

On 7/21/21 around 3:40pm my son went in to get us 2 smoothies. We always get the same thing no matter what store we order from.... He ordered a jetty and a jetty with kiwi. The girl behind the counter asked if he wanted extra sugar. He said no but didn'tunderstand why he was asked that. Well, they were terrible. No flavor and not sweet at all. Very, very disappointed.???? On7/26/21 I went back in to explain what had happened. I spoke to a shift supervisor named Sierra and she was amazing! stopped in warrenton while traveling with my family and went here since tropical is one of our favorites. we were actually... really surprised how much better both the service and the product were at this location compared to the ones local to us. theblueberry bliss i got tasted really fresh, and the wrap i got was great too. but as amazing as the meal was the most memorablething to me was actually the customer service. a young looking guy named phil served us. he was really patient and paid closeattention to detail, made sure to accommodate my cousin?s allergies and all. our order was pretty lengthy so we appreciated it,not to mention he was super nice about everything. definitely wish we lived closer so we could come back. Good food, ???????????????????? smoothies. Lines can get a bit long sometimes, so indoor seating would be appreciated. Luckily,... thanks to a diligent staff, I've never had to wait for an uncomfortable amount of time. By chance, a young man named Phillip hasprepared my smoothie almost every time I visit. His demeanor is professional, he's always friendly, and he prepares the bestdetox smoothie. Ever since our first encounter, I have personally asked for Phillip to prepare my food. Read more
