Can never get through to them on the phone. As soon as they answer they say, ?Manhattan Pizza can you please hold? and... immediately put you on hold. They will leave you on hold forever. I?ve sat on hold for over 15 minutes several times. Hung upcalled right back and they do the same thing before you can get a word out. It?s a shame Warrenton doesn?t have much food placesto choose from. Read more
Unfortunately the food is an insult to both Manhattan & Pizza. Not good...pretty much the same quality as Domino's.
Not sure how a sandwich comes out after a large pizza or how you can mess up a sandwich twice. Every time I come I leave... wondering why I came. Definitely last time. Read more
Pizza is one of the best in town. It tastes fresh, and is always friendly service. They also have some of the best buffalo... chicken wings. Crispy skin and juicy meat. Keep it up guys!! Read more
If I could put no stars I would. I called for an delivery order. I ordered 2 steak n cheese meals from Manhattan. I was told by... the guy on the phone that the order would be to me within 45 minutes. Well after an hour of no food, I called Manhattan back andasked the guy what was taking so long, I was told that he only had 1 driver. Another 1/2 hour goes past & still no food. Myhusband calls Manhattan pizza back and was once again told that there was only 1 driver!!! Then I get a call from the driversaying he can?t find my address(We?ve ordered from Manhattan numerous times before). Finally after an hour and 45 minutes, orfood arrives. The steak and cheese subs are barely warm & they got the order wrong!!! So fast forwarded to today! I callManhattan pizza to place an order and was told that they cannot deliver to this address! Awful horrible customer service! Theywere dead wrong but the customer gets punished for it!!! Awful business practice!!! Awful customer service! I spend my hardearned money just like anyone else!!! Manhattan pizza will no long get my business and I?m also going to advice family andfriends to not waste their money at this place ???????????????????????? Read more
Cold, old pizza. We ate in and part of our order never came. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes to be told it will just be a... minute but never came. My family was done eating so we left and never got the food we paid for. I guess after they get yourmoney, it's no longer their problem. Avoid this place. Manhattan Pizza is usually good but this place is a disaster. Read more
