Withstandingthis darker side of the human condition, and judiciously balancing my objectivity on the edge of a knife, today I will go so faras to say that this chicken parmesan submarine sandwich that was placed before me, prepared by the hands of the good people atJoe & Vinnies... this is the single best I have ever had or ever will have. Despite it's humble appearance, and a size largeenough to be fired from the torpedo bays of the Red October, this chicken parm sub has dwarfed the flavor and substance of allother chicken parm subs in the known universe. It has redefined all that there ever could be in a chicken parm sub. It has nopeer. It has no contender. This is not merely the best in Virginia, or in the United States, this passionate masterpiece ofgloriousness subordinates the finest kitchens of the Americas, Asia, the Middle East, the great Republic of Texas, and eventhose of Europe, to simply remaining other than the best this world has to offer. Their cheese is good the sauce is really good as well. But the issue I have is that they're a little too much on the dough. It's... too thick and chewy resulting in the pizza being too doughy if you will. If they were to stretch it out a little more and cutback a little more on the sauce and cheese a little it would be excellent!!! They do have a friendly and courteous staff. I really hate to rate a place with out having the opportunity to eat at the establishment. However I am disappointed so let's... get to it. After working 12 hours and hungry for some pizza I pull up and walk in and am told no dining in...... I will notspend money at a place at a restaurant that I can not sit down and eat at. They had two employees sitting around. I love tospend money at the local places but if they do not want to provide the pizza at the establishment then I will spend itelsewhere. Ordered through the slice app at noon today for a 6pm delivery; it arrived exactly on time, I really appreciate that. The pizza... however, had room for improvement. Toppings for the meat lovers were dumped on top of what looked like a pepperoni pizza thatwas already baked. Both pizzas we ordered were burnt on the bottom and somewhat undercooked on top. Mozzarella sticks were good,and the amount of toppings were good. I think this place could be the one but based on today's performance I think I'll keeptrying other places in town. Read more
Great place for pizza, calzone, and cannoli. Order at counter and your order will be delivered to your table. Extra cost for... drink refills and ice. Their dough is the very best. Servings are very generous. This is a must place to eat if you are inWarrenton. Read more
