A true hidden gem, through and through. Do not let the location fool you, this was one of the best dining experiences I've had... in the last few years. The service was top notch, despite being with a supremely picky, tired and unruly 4 year old, and thequality of the menu offerings was impeccable. I got a pasta dish which was a perfect portion to scratch the pasta itch withoutleaving me bloated and hating myself afterwards and everything was tasty, fresh and cooked to perfection. Consistently great food and warm atmosphere. Finally leaving a review for the restaurant because of the amazing service we had... from Anthony tonight. It was the end of restaurant week with a PACKED house. I know Anthony was incredibly busy, but he was soprofessional, incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with service. Claire's is The premier class restaurant in Warrington. The setting is very tasteful. The lunch menu is exceptional with a... wonderful selection of sandwiches, small plates, salads and entries. It's unusual to see such an extensive lunch menu thesedays, even in a 5 star restaurant. We had the vegetable soup, risotto and a truly lavish chicken salad sandwich. The avocadoand tomato were well beyond expectation on the sandwich. The berry crumble and the chocolate cake were wonderful. In our casethe service was fine, but not up to the standards of everything else. The server was pleasant and generally attentive, butsomehow she never took my drink order. When spending over $100 for two for lunch we generally see excellent service. Thatsaid, we're looking forward to going back to try more items from a category topping lunch menu. Unbelievably delicious! I have been wanting to try this place since my husband went to a work lunch here for a retirement party.... I went without a reservation, although I was sat almost right away, I would make one in the future. They have some outdoorseating that looked really nice! The inside was cute, classic, with exposed brick it looked clean and rustic. The service wasquick, everything came out hot and so yum! Our server Diana was pleasant and attentive. My son got a cup of house soup app whichwas very good, My mother and I shared the coconut shrimp app which was good but we both were hoping for a sweet sauce and itcame with something else (though still good, didn?t even need sauce!), I ordered the crab cake sandwich which was good (but I?ma Maryland girl and I have had better) had some sauce that was super tasty which I loved, my mom ordered the quiche that waseven better, for dessert I got the Cream Brulé which was exquisite, but the reason I?ll go back again and again is the Bourboncaramel bread pudding dessert, which was to die for! A warm atmosphere and wonderful staff. I made the reservation for the wrong night, but the staff accommodated us even though the... place was packed. Our server Lewis, knew all the Gluten free options and was personable and fun. The owner was there greetingpatrons. Steak was cooked to perfection and the scallops were amazing.
