I come into this Applebee?s at least twice a week. Very nice smiling faces, always greeting, and very helpful. Last week I came... in a employee was telling me to order after 9pm since all I get is appetizers and they would be half off. I know they close at10pm so I made sure to call the store exactly at 9 so I?m not holding them up. I call them a lady answered and she immediatelyasked could she put me on hold. I said yes. I was on hold for 10 minutes, I was driving to restaurant as I was placing my orderso I wasn?t holding up anyone from leaving at 10. So I make it to the restaurant been on the phone for now 10 minutes I walkinto the restaurant still on the phone. This lovely lady walks up to me and I?m like ?hi, yea I called but I?ve been on hold for10 minutes? and the lady says ?oh let me go get her? the lady who put me on hold walks out the back yelling ?yo! This person isstill on hold? and the lovely lady who went to get her was like ?yes ???? she?s right there? I was shocked. I didn?t even knowwhat to say. I just turned around and left. The lady who was very unprofessional came running outside and said ?I?m so sorryma?am? I just looked at her and proceeded to get into my car. I get you all are closing at 10 that?s why I tried to make itconvenient for all of us. Calling exactly at 9, driving to the restaurant to make sure I can pick the food up so I?m not holdinganyone behind. To be treated like this was very heartbreaking, especially since I enjoy the food, the staff and love spending myhard earned money on this restaurant. I hope you all retrain your staff and if you?re having a bad day do not answer the phone.I?d rather someone not picking the phone up and instead of being very rude. Read more
Wasn't bad, but not great either. Whiskey burger lacked all the flavor one is used to. Bacon was both stringy and chewy. I would... unfortunately not order it again. Wife had a Quesadilla burger, which she enjoyed and said tasted good. We both had the fries,which were cooked well and well seasoned. Service was again not bad... but lacking. Read more
Tonight we started off with the new loaded waffle fries. It said it came with cheddar cheese but I think it was the same cheese... used for the Brew pub pretzels. They were still good though. I had the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes blacked in flavor but the chicken and shrimp were very good. The wife had salmon with broccoli and mashedpotatoes she thought everything was good but the salmon was not as flavorful as usual. Read more
Stopped in Applebee's for drinks but ended up order 'eats' as well. I had honey BBQ boneless wings (not my usual but sooo very... glad I did. Absolutely awesome! My partner had his well done cut of steak and ate every bit enjoying it evidently. Soflavorful, tender, My amazing snack (oh with Celery and two sauces 'Service'....Fantastic! Our server 'John' was terrific,very kind and courteous. He was terrific. He was very patient with my questions about the wings. Very courteous. Read more
Pretty rough. I?ll let them slide on the service, as the waiter had too many tables, but the food was awful. There was hardly... any lettuce in my salad, the chicken was dry and clumped and had bones, and was just a disaster. This has the be the worstsalad I?ve ever had at a restaurant. The children?s meals were pretty rough as well-kids macaroni was clumped and had burnspots. We live nearby but unfortunately will never be back. Read more
My daughter and I stopped in to the Applebee's a few days before Christmas. Our server was fantastic. Very attentive and... friendly. The food though was just okay which is the reason for the 4 stars. We ordered the appetizer deal and got the wontontacos, nachos, and the mozzarella sticks. The nachos were not very good and the rest was just alright. Next time we will likelychoose somewhere else to each lunch. Read more
I was literally told by our server that the cook was more concerned about cleaning and getting home than cooking our food. Mind... you, this was 2 hours before they closed. The food was horrible, cold, and over cooked. Lesson learned. Wonder what they arereally cooking in the kitchen. Read more
