They can't make anything right. If you order a taco its a 50% chance you are gonna get a burrito. Plus they apparently run out... of everything all the time. They never actually have all of the ingredients to make something. Their service is much worse. Theemployees obviously don't want to be there and they make sure to take it out on the customers. The line of cars was huge so went inside thinking it would be faster. Nope no luck. You have to order on a machine inside. I... have no been waiting inside for 10 min and others here before me even longer. This will be the last time I eat here unless thereis no line in the drive thru. Unless they speed up the service I am betting in time they will not be able to survive. Read more

Hope you enjoy long drive thru times, because you're gonna be in there for 10 minutes MINIMUM, every time without fail. It's one... thing if it's a busy day but it's literally everyday. And guess what? If you want to go in through the dine-in section, betterbe there before 7! Because they close the dine-in at 7 P.M. for some reason. Even if you DO manage to survive the incrediblylengthy drive thru line, more often than not your food will be messed up. Whether it be your food being cold, or if there'singredients you didn't ask for, sometimes both! It seems like the workers just don't really care. I absolutely love Taco Bell,but this location just stinks. If you want actually good Mexican food, go down to Casa Tequila located in the outlet mall. Thatplace actually values you as a customer and you are guaranteed great food every time. Read more

I go here often. I had a 4 star review. But I just dropped it down to a 1 and it has nothing at all to do with the food. Foods... great. The young woman who had greeted us upon arrival was sweet. Wait time was just fine. No, the reason I dropped it down to a1 was what I heard a, I'm assuming, manager say to one of her employees. Just berating him, and raising her voice louder andlouder, basically telling him what a piece of s**t he was for not understanding what was asked of him the first time. And aftercontinuing to watch and listen to this, it looked like this kid was still in training. And maybe he did hear the first time, anddidn't do his job - I wasn't back there. But raising her voice so loud that I looked over to my boyfriend and he audibly gasped.And then I heard her and another coworker just spew off curse words to one another. Which I get it's fast food y'all, but if myson would have been there, he would have caused a scene. Read more

I?ve given this location plenty of chances. Each time nothing has gone right. Cash register was down and unable to take orders,... ordered a coffee and cinnibons with a combo, coffee machine was ?broke? and didn?t get the cinnibons, food has been served icecold several times, if it?s the right food in the first place, and the employees are less than friendly or helpful. Saveyourself time and money and find another location. Read more

I go to get food just 30m ago, i asked for no sour cream on my food. she read it back to me, even said no sour cream on the... screen. your order accuracy is awful. teach your workers how to make food correctly. this is horrible work ethic. i wouldn?teven do this, but it happens every time i ask for no sour cream. ridiculous. Seriously, I worked in fast food for over 10 years and am very understanding when it comes to waiting or having to pay more if... something wasn?t heard correctly in drive thru, etc but this is ridiculous. When you pay for fast food, you should just simplyget the items you pay for. I would?ve wait an extra minute or 2 to make sure that this was right and not said a word but thefact that I had several missing items and then got 2 tacos that I didn?t even order without meat?just lettuce and cheese?lol.Its truly a shame. What has happened to the integrity of people? Hopefully they get some good help soon. 4 out of 8 items wereedible/correct. Thanks Taco Bell. I guess you really do get what you pay for! Read more
