If I could give less, I would. In town for work and stop here for lunch. Attempt to go through the drive thru, sign says it... doesn?t work, park, go to walk in, a sign saying credit card machine is down, cash only. Walk back to the car to leave, becauseI don?t normally carry cash, but remember I have $10 in my work bag. Get it, go in and order. So many workers, zero customers.Loud music, dirty behind the counter, lettuce everywhere. Order a turkey Tom, doesn?t have everything it should in it, asked forhot peppers, think a whole container may have been on it. What a disappointment for a place I typically love. During the time I sat attempting to enjoy my lunch, I was assaulted by loud music continually using the N word over and... over. If Jimmy John's as a company supports the use of inflammatory racial language and I will see supporting the company andeating there. If this was just the staff taking advantage of an unsupervised situation, or a manager thinking this isappropriate, then someone's employment should be terminated. I've been to this location a few times now location is always fast, and love that this location has a drive-thru. Subs are... always fast and up to delicious! Read more

I don't love Jimmy John's sandwiches for some reason. They are good but not my first pick usually. But this Jimmy John's is... great! The service was excellent and fast and the food was perfect. It looked exactly like advertised. When the mood strikes,this is where I will go! Read more

Avoid working at this location by any means. Terrible management and business. I worked here almost 4 years ago for less than 2... weeks. I got fired by the part owner Michelle for no reason. She was very rude and unprofessional, I always got nit picked on.It wasn?t a problem with me working, I just believe the part owner was a hater and disliked me. I never got trained for my jobposition and no manager helped me. The managers expected me to learn everything on my own, instead of helping me. The restaurantdo not care about people, all they care about is making money and it?s shows. I?m not sure who?s in charge of the managementnow, but hopefully it?s someone that?s good and decent. Hopefully the old part owner Michelle was let go. The restaurant needsto do better and treat their employees how they?re suppose to be treated. Also the part owner Michelle owns the downtownrestaurant and some other ones I can?t remember which. I believe one of them is In south Euclid. I had an interview with theJimmy John?s downtown shortly after I was fired from this location. Maybe an hour after I got home from my interview. A girlthat interviewed me called and asks if I worked at a previous Jimmy John?s. Because I cannot work for her store, since I was letgo from their company. I was completely upset because the part owner had told the girl not to hire me. She must of had my workinformation, still on file and remembered me once she seen I had an interview with the downtown location. I knew she hadsomething to do with me not getting hired in the downtown location. I was very upset, I couldn?t work at the downtownrestaurant. Management team needs to do better. Read more

This place is usually great, lately the waits have taken longer each time to the point where I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich... and the drive-thru was closed. Staff are too busy cracking jokes with each other to pay attention to customers. Read more

November 4th, 2020... 4:57 pm... walked inside Jimmy Johns.. wasn?t greeted by anyone. There was a young lady that was sitting... down and hopped up when I walked in. She went to the Register and just stared at me! I said you don?t greet customers or askwhat would you like to order nothing? She said no! As she was taking her AirPods out her ear.. I said wow.. I asked what?s thestore number to email my complaint and no one knew! So I walked out. Customer service is major in the restaurant business. AndI?m giving this store a 1star. Read more
