Unhappy customer I went to five guys on the July 15 for lunch I order a double cheeseburger with everything except mushrooms and... small fries, but I pay for a double cheeseburger and received a single cheeseburger I was charged for I was happy about that.The person who I was riding with was in an rush he had an appointment so when got I discover my I didn't get what I paid for. These burgers just be so damn good.
Can someone please tell me how this hotdog is worth $6.50? And this large fries, the cup was not full and there were no extra... fries in the bag. And for this we were charged over $7.00. Absolutely pathetic. Read more
I got literally 10 fries in my regular Cajun, and they NEVER answer the phone. I'd really hate to see what the "Little Cajun"... looks like if this is regular. Do you get 3 fries then? Worst 5 Guys I've been to in a long time. Read more
Horrible, horrible experience....if that's what you call it. Food was cold, they barely gave us any fries and a sandwich and 2... fries cost us $22!!! Whoever the manager there is, needs to understand that "your team is only as fast as your slowestperson". It was very obvious that the person at the fry station was either new, needs more training or needs to find anotherjob. How could you run out of ketchup? Need to have more organization when it comes to the bagging and frystations. Everything 'till that point was good, there, it ruined the experience. Great service, very fast, the people are always friendly. To be honest 5 Guys has the best burger in America. You can spend 20+... dollars for a burger if you really want to be pretentious and not enjoy your meal. Free peanuts, seriously all the free peanuts.Free toppings. Awesome fries. Burgers and fries are good but overpriced. Tables were dirty. Workers were nice and accomodating.
