2.99 for the small, regular pack of M&Ms. this is the shame of these high priced small town stores with little competition.

I come in to this store twice a day 4 times a week, and recently I've had nothing but issues. Lisa, the assistant manager mind... you, out of no where decided that the scoop club cards didn't apply to iced coffee milkshakes. I was VERY upset, I contactedcorporate and consulted the manager the next day. Turns out no one knows where she got that info from. Corporate and James(store manager) resolved the issue. Fast forward to today and I order the same thing I do every other day and I tell the lady(Larissa) what I want in it exactly, "Columbian coffee, cold brew and French vanilla creamer, blended into a shake" and shestarts asking me all sorts of questions that don't apply to what I'm ordering. I keep telling her, it's a shake, one size, withcold brew and creamer instead of milk. In the past shes made this drink incorrectly too. It's really that hard. Then sheproceeded to give me the most God awful attitude because SHE didn't know what she was doing, even after being there for as longas she has been. The other worker came over and asked her what the problem was, she told her that I wasn't answering thequestions. When I told the other lady what I wanted she went back to Larissa and told her how none of that applied to the shake.So now we've had a 3 minute long scene and her throwing a fit the entire time she was making the drinks. Another customer evensaid something to me regarding the woman's attitude towards me. I'm really sick of the people that work there, walking into thatstore is SO unpleasant. I will say, there is one employee whom I adore, her name is Rachel, she's blonde and incredibly sweet.She always makes it a bit less miserable to walk through that door. And the night crew is good, a curly dark haired girl, sheusually dresses up, shes wonderful too. But thats about it. If it's not them, don't expect exceptional customer service.
