I can not believe that I could not order a enchirito today unless I use their taco bell app. They just turned down business... because I did not use their app. I wanted to try them since I loved them as a kid and got told I could not order unless I usetheir app. Wow not a good business practice!!! No lobby person so every table in the lobby was messy. The three soft tacos we ordered were rolled up like a burrito but not... tightly, so the contents were spilling out when we unwrapped the paper. And the taco meat all has an after taste Read more

Worst experience ever. They seem to be short staffed. The drive thru took about 45 minutes on October 25th around 5:30 pm, and I... was the fourth car in line. The nachos were disgusting, old, and tasted like burnt oil. The power bowl was not what I normallyget somewhere else. More than half of it included just smashed beans and barely other ingredients. I was charged $12 for thisjunk food that I threw away since I couldn?t eat it. This Taco Bell should have a customer service training. According to one of the annoying kids lurking outside in the drive thru, the franchisee apparently is poor they can?t afford to... fix their speaker box so they make a kid sit outside all day to take the order. It?s annoying to be harassed to hurry up andorder by some creeper kid staring at you and in your car while you look at the menu. Then they mess up your food. We didn?t getthe burritos we ordered, and when we saw it we called the place and this snotty ?manager? had the nerve to tell me I should havechecked the food before we left. No apology, no anything. Like seriously this kid expected us to literally sit there in thedrive thru and open and unroll multiple burritos to make sure they made the right ones. Not. Going. To. Happen. Between thefaux chick-fil-a thing, the overpriced drinks (2.49 for a medium!) the incompetent ?cooks? and ?managers? this place is garbage.The franchisee should just sell it and go into hiding out of embarrassment. This location is the slowest TB I?ve ever experienced. And they?re ?system? is down very often, allowing no one to order food.... To have faster service and no ?system? errors, I placed an online order. After waiting in the outside line for 14 minutes, I gotto the order-speaker and the system was down. Even with an online order, I was not able to pick my food up and had to do arefund. Read more

Absolutely disgusting, from bird feathers to beard hair in the seats, food everywhere bathrooms look like they weren't cleaned... in weeks and did I mention how nasty the kitchen and food prep area was? There is NO way it has been cleaned for at least aweek. Food shoves under the counters and greasy prints everywhere The managers all had a bad attitudes, absolutely everycustomer that walked in had complaints and we're arguing asking to speak with the manager. The only one that was kind with thepoor girl up at the front, Kaitlyn. she was on the front lines trying to control the situation and fill every request that shecould. The management could not have cared less. Everybody was disgusted and irritated, many people walked out after asking themanagement's name. I have never been so disgusted with service or environment. Let's face is, Taco Bells can get a bit dirty.They're cheap, understaffed and ya get what you pay for. But the manager just wanted to sit the entire time as many peoplewanted they're money back and we're denied that. Just like myself, my order was wrong. Went up many times to see if theyfinished our food and got our drinks. No one was given receipts and management wouldn't help anyone because we all stood therewith no paper! Never will I go again.
