They don't care about their catering customers. Food was good but I would suggestion them for delivery or catering! I ordered... on-line and even called to confirm my order to make sure the order was delivered in the correct spot of the building and I gavea contact person since I wasn't the one to receive it that day. On the day of delivery, not only did they contact me and not theperson I asked them to contact but they also delivered to the wrong part of the building. When I called to first try to contactthe delivery driver and to ask how we could make sure it didn't happen the future ,the mangers only response was the food rightthen whats the problem. I informed him that the food wasn't delivered to the correct part of building (it was a closed area thatwe weren't suppose to be in) and I wanted to know why. He said that maybe next time you should call and confirm , I said I didand went over everything with the man who answered the phone. He said did you do it today, I said no a day or two ago , he toldme that you need to do it right before delivery. I told him I put in my notes when I ordered as well, he said we don't evenlook at the notes He says is that all, I said yes, he said good-bye. Clean location and friendly staff. Food is indeed ready freaky fast.
Placed an order a little after 9:30 and at 9:58 they left a voicemail and said they are voiding my order because they are closed... at 10. I haven't received a refund yet and they waited 20 mins to call and tell me I wasn't getting my food. Read more
