Ordered a pick up from inside, we got there at 5:10 5 minutes after the time the IHOP website gave us and still ended up waiting... for another 20 minutes, when we finally did get our food we had to wait another almost 10 to get our sodas and milkshake. I hadgotten a big steak omelet with avocado on it, it had one little slice of avocado and one piece of steak on it. When I asked formore avocado on it the girl behind the counter seemed annoyed that I bothered to ask. Luckily everything was still warm by thetime we got home but at a guess they remade it as we sat in the lobby of the restaurant. Read more
The server was amazing for being as busy as she was without having ANY help, the guy manager just standing around watching... outside and slacking off, standing around as server was getting her butt handed to her. That server deserves a raise! This placedefinitely needs a better night manager, and maybe a hostess that?ll help the server instead of just staring at us for 30minutes until the server finally was able to come. We arrived with an hour and 15 minutes to order eat and leave to make it on time to our destination. We placed our drink order... and took 30-40 minutes to receive our drinks at which we made our meal order and at the 1 hour mark we asked and the waiterstated he had just put in our food order not earlier like we believed. It was a cool night and morning and the heat wasn't on inthe building. We were cold in our sweatshirts. Coffee and water were good. The restaurant had 8 other patrons of which 6 were atone table and a group of 2 for the others. The 6 came after we were there. It was extremely difficult to find the waiter we hadto get any attention or ask to place our orders. If you have any sort of schedule I wouldn't eat here but find another location.These establishments are usually very solid and the place to go. This one is not that for breakfast sadly. Read more

Service is the pits, server ( Brianna) lied about not seeing us (only people in her section) walked by us three times without a... care. We left without being served as we feared our food would be tampered with. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Read more
Our food was great (hot and delicious) ????, our server did a great job asking us if we needed anything else and making sure... that we had what we needed. I also really appreciate Britney who handled our challenges like a Rockstar! I'm sure everyone inour party will remember the kindness of the staff who interacted with us. Thank you!!! ???????? Two of us sat there for 30 minutes and didn?t even get our drinks ordered. One person sat down 10 minutes after us and ordered... before us. We just left and went to Country Kitchen down the road and got better food that cost less and way better service. Read more
The cook was off the game or not good at all. French toast was cold and berries on top were frozen and sour. Other items were so... burnt, it was unpalatable. None of the food was hot and it was not busy at all. Salad was frozen almost iceberg lettuce andprior frozen tomato slice. Food was absolutely subpar, even for a chain like this. Service was amazing, intelligent servers withgreat skills. Made the whole experience worth it, even with the quality of food. Read more
