I ordered some food for a patriots game and had it delivered. The food was delivered via Doordash and came in a reasonable... amount of time, however they forgot to put my salad in the bag, and I didn't get it. I called about the salad and had to gopick it up. I asked if they price of the salad could be refunded since the whole reason I spent an extra 15 dollars on the foodwas because I wanted it delivered. I was told they could only refund the tip. Yes, they wanted to take the money from thedoordash worker even though it was papa ginos that messed up. I obviously declined, but It's safe to say I won't order deliveryfrom them again. Though to be fair, the food was still good. EDIT: Reached out and their customer service refunded the saladand delivery fee as well as gave me a credit towards a future order. Was also told management will know how to handle situationslike these better in the future. Thank you. Read more

Door dash is horrible and he tried to fix our issues, even offered to make our food and deliver it... himself because I was waiting on doordash with two hungrey kids? thanks Jim,! Your job is hard. I go with my family all the time to Papa Gino's. Service is great. The food is always good never had any problems.
Order pickup from this restaurant relatively often. Great service. Always pleasant. Food is always as ordered.
If I could give us zero I would I place an order at 12 o?clock didn?t get it till 245 on a dead Thursday afternoon when it came... to me it was frozen in the whole entire time It was being delivered I was watching the delivery driver Don G sit on one streetfor 45 minutes as I called the store complaining as soon as I called complaining it?s funny how his car is starting to move.absolutely worse experience ever don?t expect to get a receipt if you?re trying to get a return they?re gonna make you driveback to the store if you want any sort of proof that you?re gonna get your money back. I promise you the Pizza Hut in Bristoland the Domino?s in Bristol and the Pazoni?s in Warren has way better customer service and faster service than Papa Gino?s couldeven dream Read more

Ordered $81.00 worth of food at 7:00 Friday 5/13/22 for delivery. Called at 8 and was told, sorry doorsash never picked it up... but I could come and get it which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery aside from the fact the food would have been sitting.I said no and asked them to cancel my delivery order and 3 days later I still have an $81 charge on my card.
