I ordered some food for a patriots game and had it delivered. The food was delivered via Doordash and came in a reasonable... amount of time, however they forgot to put my salad in the bag, and I didn't get it. I called about the salad and had to gopick it up. I asked if they price of the salad could be refunded since the whole reason I spent an extra 15 dollars on the foodwas because I wanted it delivered. I was told they could only refund the tip. Yes, they wanted to take the money from thedoordash worker even though it was papa ginos that messed up. I obviously declined, but It's safe to say I won't order deliveryfrom them again. Though to be fair, the food was still good. EDIT: Reached out and their customer service refunded the saladand delivery fee as well as gave me a credit towards a future order.
