This is easily one of the worst Taco Bell?s that I?ve been too. Every single time I order something it?s wrong, wrong meet,... wrong drink, the drinks taste foul like the the tubes haven?t been replaced or the co2 is bad. Sprites are flat or just tasteabsolutely foul. The managers blame it on new employees instead of not properly training the new employees. But I?ve seen thesame employees there for months. I?ve ordered 10-15 times from this Taco Bell in the past 6-7 months. Almost every order hasbeen wrong. The manager was blatantly rude, stating ?she knows the order was correct? even though I stated I just opened it andseen things on there I didn?t want. I mean it was right in front of me how am I wrong if theirs something on their I didn?t wantand specifically requested not to be there. This is ridiculous. I know I?m one person, but the facilities are absolutelyridiculous on that strip. Something needs to be done before more people start actually leaving reviews like this. Worst and slowest taco bell that I have ever experienced. Huge taco bell fan here. I even worked at one some time ago. I can... never come here without my order being messed up one way or another, I've litterally waited over an hour in this line more thanonce. The one good thing I can say is the customer service isn't the worst. But even tho I live a mile away from this locationI would rather go 3 or 4 miles down to the elm road taco bell over this dumpster fire. Read more
Terrible service. Sat in the drive thru for half an hour. Finally get to the order box, sat for another 5 minutes and no one... took order or asked if we could hold a moment. We thought maybe there may have been a problem with the speaker box. Get to thewindow ask if speaker in back is not working. Went inside to order waited at counter and nobody came to take our order. Second time I've been here at night and the menu board was off. Mobile ordered both times. Last time someone actually got on the... speaker after a minute. This time, no. 3 minutes, finally pull up to the window, and a lady finally comes up after almost aminute there and asks if she can help us. Ask to cancel the order because the app won't let me. Says they can't. Ask if they'reclosed or something, she claims no, she was in the bathroom and had the headset. Which was in her hands. Whoever owns thislocation needs to know what's happening. The one in champion is atrocious!!! The wait time is RIDICULOUS (34-45 minutes in line). Always forgetting items, never a... "hello" or "thank you" Or "sorry about the 45 minute wait we appreciate your patience" Or "have a good night". I don't know whathappened to this location, but we will never go back.
