Worst Dunkin Donuts. We ordered a SIGNATURE pumpkin spice latte and a pumpkin cold brew. The two they have advertised on the... menu, we get our coffees & we have CARAMEL in both of them & the cold brew didn?t even have the cold foam as pictured & thelatte was not the signature. We tell them this is not what we ordered, we ordered pumpkin spice & she was very rude about it ,didn?t even apologize & grabbed the cup out of my hand. Read more

It says open until 11. But at 9 pm all ovens are "down for cleaning." I've worked in food service so I specifically don't go... anywhere within an hour of close out of respect for employees so it's an extra smack in the face. Walk in, hear the girl sayshe's not able to do the refund so she's calling people, then she turned around not knowing I heard and tried to get me to leavewithout a refund receipt. Um, no? Then I'm given the original purchase receipt and told that's all I can have. Doesn't sayrefund anywhere. "That's all I can give you." I insist because no, that's a sales receipt and says refund nowhere. So then Iget a refund receipt which is $7 less. I ask why, get yelled at again that it's for the difference in the munchkins. "I didn'tget the munchkins! I told you before that I didn't want them from here, I would go to another location!" Then she realizesshe's out of them and can't even give me that. "Well, I can give you a refund for the munchkins but that's it." "That's all I'masking for! Why is this an argument? Why are you yelling at me?" So she throws her headset and tells the other person on staffshe'll help them in a minute. I had to have my husband take over because I was ready to cry. If you're so stressed you'reyelling at customers like that, you need to leave. For a break, for another field, that's up to you. You never know who hassuffered emotional trauma in their life who is going to be hurt by your yelling. Read more
Gave me a Blueberry donut instead of pumpkin like I asked for. Also 3/4 tines I get the wrong additions to my coffee. I get... mocha and whipped cream on my frozen and this is the 3rd time it came pumpkin from this location so currently drowning innutmeg. Read more
I ordered a coffee with 4 French vanilla swirl and 4 mocha swirl, they charged me AN ENTIRE EXTRA DOLLAR, and then handed me the... blandest coffee on the planet. I had them remake it, AND THEY MADE IT WORSE. How do you have the balls to charge for extra swirlwhen you can't even put in enough swirl to make it taste good. Never coming back here. Read more
Coffee was fresh. We had a large order so we went inside. The staff was kind and quick. Our order was all correct. The restrooms... were clean. There is some broken glass that was marked off in the dining area on the door. Read more
The donuts are always dry ESPECIALLY the chocolate glaze and munchkins.Whoever is making the donuts aren?t making them the way... they?re supposed to be.They never have glaze on the chocolate ones and they are hard.This has been going on for awhile now. Read more
