Walked in, walked to the counter and dark woman frizzy black hair started waiving her hand, " You here for online pick up?, If... so none of them are made yet" Grunts rolls her eyes and goes to help woman at counter. As others have shared recently the service was AWFUL and the mix-ins were stale. They also did not have the correct ice cream in... the correct place... it said cake batter like I asked for, but it definitely did not taste like cake batter. Overall adisappointing waste of money. Read more

I am not sure why this place has such recent harsh reviews but my visit this afternoon 7-30-22 was absolutely amazing. Me & my... two toddlers walked in and we were immediately greeted by two very friendly associates. The store was clean & appealing. Welooked around the store & the man (unfortunately didn?t get his name) was extremely customer service oriented & gave me & mykids a great experience. VERY friendly. Our icecream was just as amazing as I remember coldstone to always be. (The best). Weenjoyed our icecream outside. We went back inside to use the restroom (which was clean) & on our way in a lady asked us how ouricecream was. I never leave reviews but when I came on here to see people leaving such harsh reviews about this location I hadto make sure you knew how wonderful our experience was. Read more
