The original Afgani restaurant I typically go to was closed therefore my partner and I tried this place out. Let?s start with... service. We got seated and I had to go to the front to get a server because no one came to the table. The server forgot to putour appetizer in. We ordered the lamb shank and the mantu as an appetizer. Both the dishes did not seem fresh and the lamb shankcame out within 10 minutes. (Already gives me a hint the food is not made fresh). The mantu was over cooked and did not lookappetizing. The lamb shank did not come with the side salad as stated on the menu. Pros: A gentlemen (I think the manager) didnot charge us for the appetizer. Also the scenery of the restaurant is nice. The first time I came here was a few years ago and they have definitely improved sooo much ever since. Better employees, food... portion was great for the prices, and the environment was lovely as usual. It was nice to come here to such a welcoming familyfriendly environment after a long day of work.
