I have done reviews for White Castle before at least once. It was definitely not this White Castle. Where the other White Castle... I ripped apart because of how horrible it was, this White Castle's was absolutely excellent. The speed and efficiency of theircashier / waiter that was taking the orders was Swift. Usually good except the man that works mornings never has my order ready. He always puts mobile order receipts to the side... instead of making them. Then today I'm missing the sausage on my sandwich so I call up there. The lady argued with me that thereciept didn't say sausage when it very clearly said 1 sausage egg and cheese waffle slider, 1 add bacon, 1 add cheese slice. She didn't apologize at all didn't even say bye just hung up the phone. My favorite part was she said "so ur trying to get thesandwich replaced?". Uh well yeah this isn't what I paid for. Deon clearly is off today he's always respectful when they makea mistake. I order close to the same thing 5 days a week. That's $45 a week I'm putting into the store. Times that by 52weeks and that's a huge number. Let's do better to make sure customers aren't treated like they're scamming your store overtheir mistake. I didn't even find it to be this big of a deal as mistakes happen but your manager directly led to this poorreview. Maybe some sensitivity training is needed. Read more

I ordered the advertised 1921 slider in drive through for $1.99. I immediately pulled over to eat it. The billboard picture... looked like a hamburger deluxe. It was nothing like the picture. There were 2 tiny specks of tomato. One teeny speck of lettucein the middle and 2 tiny pickles on the inside. It had cheese and some kind of sauce and the usual minced onions. They asked ifI wanted mustard. The meat was just beef- no spices, salt, or flavor. I will not order it again. Read more

This is the best white castle around, they know how to make a great cheese burger and dont keep you waiting. It's to bad that... many of the other locations have closed but this one is so great that it should never be shut down. Read more
