3 friends and I went to this Tim Hortons yesterday morning. My friend ordered hers, and expected to get a hash brown with the... meal, because it is pictured on the board. Then I ordered a number 9, which a combo only includes a coffee, and a sandwich for10.00 dollars. I went to pay, and took a 50 out of my wallet. The guy at the register looked at the manager on duty, and says dowe accept 50 dollar bills. The manager on duty, said it needs to be checked. She took my 50 dollar bill, held it up, and thenran it under wster. Tells the man, no, and looks at me and says sorry honey were only accepting card. My friend then paid for myorder with a 20 dollar bill. Everyone in front of me and behind me paid with cash. So if you're going to attempt to say someonesmoney isn't real, then you shouldn't do procedures that aren't even real. Also employee handed my 50 back wet, that I'm nowsupposed to put in my wallet. Then after all that, my coffee wasn't even the right thing. We went in because we had 3 separateorders, but ended up spending 15 minutes inside, because of money, and incorrect orders. A month ago ordered a LG Iced Mocha Coffee Triple Triple; it tasted like sugar water. Today I order a MD Ice Mocha Coffee Triple... Triple; it tasted like unsweetened tea. Today was the last time I will visit this time Hortons. They are the absolute worst. Today they had me pull around to wait for... avocado toast , this is what I received. After dropping my child off at school I did return for a refund. While doing so therewas a lady inside as we upset bc her triple triple was all cream no sugar at all. After tasting the double double they gave meSUPRISE all cream! They can't get a coffee right and are careless about the food they give to customers. Even tho I recieved arefund for this "toast" . The staff acted as if I was the inconvenience. Also i don't post Google reviews and no I'm not aKaren. But this happens so often at this time Hortons I had to let everyone know! Read more
The employee at the drive through was SO RUDE!!!! Worst customer service at a fast food place you could get. It was such a... toxic experience, they obviously reflected the hate this establishment feels towards their customers. Also the 2 sandwhichesordered were burnt. Don't expect anything more than bare minumim from these Jerks. Read more

Worst Tim Hortons ever. I tried to stop here 2 different times and the person in the drive-thru was very rude to the the point... we just drove off. Will never go back. Read more
