Hit or miss with this location. For a CORPORATE OWNED location, the people have a tendency to give attitude at the window. Ask... for a receipt...ATTITUDE Get your food...ATTITUDE Go inside (when they choose to open the doors)...ATTITUDE I have no problemusing the kiosks because I find it is the simplest way to get a correct order. With the menu boards oddly placed, the kiosk isquicker to find what you want...But to have workers get mad because you used the kiosk, get over it!!! Also, if there is noline at the drive thru, why does food take so long??? Food orders tend to be correct most of the time, but dropping stars forthe workers. Being polite gets you better ratings, than being short with customers and slamming the drive thru window as you arespeaking. Multiple times over the last couple of weeks I was told it was cash only. Then at 7:30 PM on a Saturday, was told that they... couldn?t take any orders for at least 20 minutes, so I had to leave. I have never experienced such a ridiculous hit and miss,sloppy schedule. Get it together. Make a mobile order I go to pickup told system is down. Yet every Taco Bell I get told this at I can still pick up a mobile... order. As well, 3 people were able to get their mobile orders but no me. Just wish they could get everything uniform in a burrito. All the stuff inside is in like sections. Chipotle chicken burrito had... all the lettuce and crunchy tortilla strips at the end I started on and all the chicken and chipotle sauce was on the other end.So half way through I saw chicken finally. I'm a very picky eater and allergic to tomatoes so I'm always special ordering things. This often makes me difficult to please... (tho never mean.) This location is by far the best location I've been to out of over 10 states and dozens of locations. The foodis right every single time. I'm sure if it was wrong they'd fix it no issue. The employees are always so kind and fun. You cando drive through though expect a line because they're very good. Though it moves quickly. Or you can order inside. You order attwo kiosks right as you come in on your right of the ordering counter. You can also dine in right now. Just a great locationwith amazing food! Read more
