The worst experience ever! the employee was *high* doesn't listen to what I say and keeps walking away and took almost 15... minutes just for talking and smiling to his own self! Placed an online order for 2 subs that I paid online already. I had my daughter go pick up the order and the lady at the cashier... said there is no order online. My daughter shows her the email confirmation that it was ordered and already paid. The workerstill wouldn?t make our subs and says we have to call our credit card to get our money back. I called the worker on the phoneand said if she can just make me out subs because i already paid for them. She hung up the phone on me and I tried calling andshe wouldn?t pick up. I had placed an order online, order online went well. It was for a graduation party Aug. 2019, was to be delivered...over $300... worth of food. Store was 29176 Van Dyke, Warren, MI. Over an hour late food had not arrived. I called and was told they were ontheir way, mind you I'm 5min from the store. 30min passes still no food, I called back again. This time someone else answered,said this order was for pick up, clearly it wasn't as I was looking at the printed receipt. I asked to speak to the manager, andshe said she was the mgr. She flippantly brushed me off and said there was nothing else that could be done. So I had to leave myhouse with all the guests waiting. When I got back to the house about 10 min later, pulling the trays out....the dressing wasjust thrown all over, the individual wraps were not put together and with no paper around any of them. The lettuce and meat washalf hazard falling out of all of the sandwiches. The cookies were not on a tray but thrown into a container all mixed up.Absolutely horrendous and embarrassing to my guests. This was the worst service, presentation and taste in food I have everordered. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this location. I should've read the previous reviews. Corporate should shut this placedown. No refund or apology was given. Read more
there is only one person working at a time which makes its slow but u can tell it's overwhelming for the worker. And there's... always Walmart employees just hanging out in the lobby. Awful place all together!!!!! Read more
Walmart employees had most of the tables just for sitting not eating. Food was good.
