We order 2 toasted footlongs online. I showed up for pickup when they were to be ready. The girl hadn't started making them.... Horrible customer service. The girl was wearing earbuds, every thing I said to her I had to repeat. When she told me.the ovenstopped working on her, I asked how the cheese would be melted. She said as the meat was microwaved and put on the sandwich itwould melt the cheese. It did not..a philly cheesesteak is supposed to have melted cheese. I didn't eat here this time I was only picking up an order for a friend but the atmosphere was warm they were actually putting... up Christmas decorations at the time. My only issue was the person that prepared the food either didn't read the ticket well orwasn't really paying attention as I was trying to stop her from putting dressing on the sandwich because it was supposed to beput on the side.
