Stopped in in the morning and ordered 2 caramel brûlée latte. They hardly had any customers in the store and only few cars in... a drive through, so we thought the time to receive our 2 drinks was a bit long? about 10 minutes. Lady making our drinks wasnice and hard working, so we felt bad to complain about the wait. As we were sitting in a dining room sipping on our drinks, oneof the clerks ( name id on the uniform was displayed as ?Lisa?) was very rude to the customer asking her a simple question aboutthe order. She spoke in an escalated tone of voice and was super rude, which created a very toxic unpleasant atmosphere in thestore. Read more

I had just ordered a Pike with hazelnut walking into the store, normally I'd go through the drive through. I'm so happy I did.... The holiday spirit is alive and bustling in this store!!! Eleven people that I could see on staff in front, scurrying to helpall the customers with their orders, smiling and cheerful in nature. I want to give a shout out to the gentleman who helped mewith my order. He was tall, larger in build, red hair and slight beard, glasses... was super nice, very helpful and greatcustomer service!!! Also to the long dark hair lady, who looked Latino, hair back in a ponytail, that was just a ray of sunshinein this store. Left a tip in the app after a great experience!
