Quick, accurate orders. Friendly staff. Store run well and always clean. Literally the only Jimmy John's I go to.
The Jimmy John's on 13/Hoover is the best one I have been to. The people seem to like their jobs. Something very rare in these... times. My experience there has always been very consistent. Friendly employees, fast service and my sandwich is made toperfection every time. I don't experience that kind of consistency anywhere. Great job Guys!!! Read more
This place is terrible. Really bad service and they are very rude. They told me 20 minutes for my food and it?s been over an... hour. Called them and they told me my food had been delivered when I clearly had not received my order. They also had to ask memultiple times on the phone what exactly I was ordering and what my address was. Don?t go to this location. Read more
Avoid this location. This is the second time I have gotten sub-standard meat that has probably been kept over expiration. In... addition, the last sandwich I ordered (in the store mind you) only had half of what I asked for, and was not even cut in half. Ieven heard the cashier tell the staff to do that cut in half. Love this place they have always been friendly and never had a problem with me telling them no mayo and no tomato..The bread has... always been great? have ordered over 50 subs from this store alone and have been very pleased with them. Read more
By far the worst Jimmy John?s location!!.. I ordered delivery at 5:45pm.. I called at 7:30pm because I still had not received my... order & was told ?it will be there shortly?.. Almost 2hrs later?!.. 8:30pm rolls around & my food still had not been delivered..I called back & spoke to the manager who said ?the driver was having a hard time finding the address?.. You have to put yourphone number on the order & they didn?t think to call?? Of course not!!.. I was offered cookies for my inconvenience.. Ideclined & requested a refund.. This is one of the worst locations. 1.) the employees are self centered and lazy. Anytime i order from there and leave less than... a $6 tip, they fill my entire cup with just ice, and leave my food in weird spots. Keep in mind my order is usually 8 bucks max,so i think a 50% tip should be sufficient. Also, i ordered today and an hour and a half later i hadn?t received anything so icalled and cancelled my order. when i did so i was told i couldn?t cancel because they were already on their way and that it wasa ?stupid request? then after complaining and telling them i wouldn?t open the door to pay for it, they said they had cancelledand that the delivery driver would not show up. 40 minutes later, the delivery driver shows up to my house and begins to bang onmy door and refuses to leave.
