I texted my order as usual tonight, to get 20% off my order, which I've done about 20+ times before. Went through all the... payment process online. It charged my card $21.49. The $21.49 was on my bank statement that Jets pizza charged me. Got to thestore to pick up my food and they argued that I didn't pay for my food. Told them, I don't want my food anymore and wont ever beback again. The text system is in need of major improvement. Thanks, Jets for not taking care of customers. Read more
Localy this is one of the best Jetts locations to get food from. I'm a hard critic of Jetts being tht my friend owned one and... set a a hard standard to compare to. This place by far is the closest to this as I can get. The pizza is always cookedthoroughly and the toppings are generous. I only live down the street and this is very convenient being that it's actually goodpizza. When I 1st moved here I didn't like the food, but who ever took over making pizzas at night brought me back . I swear byit now, and have no doubts any more. Read more
So i do a text at 5 and says 20 mins so get there at 525 . So as i pay and wait another 15 min i ask what is the hold up , guy... says we gave your pizza away ????! So I?m like ok I?ll wait for them to make another pie for me so finally get home 1 hr laterand there is barely any sauce on pizza ! I bought this bottle of Italian dressing yesterday which was July 6, 2022. After eating my salad I realized the expiration date... was JUNE 8th, 2022. I called the store and they insisted that my dressing was made fresh the day I ordered it. No apology. Nooffer to replace it. Not happy with Jets right now. Read more
This was my first and last time ordering from this location. The pizza they gave me was not fresh and did not have the turbo... crust I asked for. I arrived 15 minutes after ordering it and it was already lukewarm. I could tell it has been sitting forhours. It looks like they reheated it with the Parmesan after letting it sit and go bad.
