On 6/22 I ordered a large square with double cheese, pepperoni and butter cheese crust. IT WAS BURNED. I complained and received... a message to call so they would make it right. I called 6/ 23 and was told that I would be contacted within 24 hours. NOTHINGhappened. I called again on 6/ 25 and filed another complaint. Was told to allow 48 hours. Still nothing. Idk what happened to this place but I was put on the phone with someone who knew nothing about ordering or anything about the... items I was ordering when I got done with questions I was told they would not be able to deliver that far. Mind you my addressis exactly 1.5 miles away in Warren I could run to this store on foot in 10 minutes or less after he transferred me to the storeI was hung up on. The reason for delivery is my girlfriends is watching the kids and delivery is easy I?m now extremelydisappointed in this location. This location is really good. The service is usually decent with minimal errors. The food is a little above average, always... tastes good. Deliver is prompt and on time . I think anyone would be happy with this specific location. Read more
