Not only were the last 5 experiences frustrating, but today was by far the worst experience here. I get that it's fast food, but... this is ridiculous. The presumed manager was standing at the register talking away with a "friend,", with whom she then justwalked away with them, leaving us standing around for a few minutes waiting for someone to notice that we were there ready toplace our orders. Cold fries (which I did ask the girl to remake fresh ones - still turned out cold because she dropped thembefore the actual food...ended up thowing them out), poorly made quesadillas (wet and soggy tortillas), and what the hell is upwith this nacho toastada??? Definitely not like the ones I've gotten previously. I also understand that times are tough andworkers are hard to find, but seriously, please hire workers who take pride in what they do and the food that they serve. Or atleast train them properly. This place used to be amazing, but now it just flat out sucks. Something needs to be done. Hiremanagers willing to help out the workers, as well. Not ones who hide around the corner and just sit and watch. Wasted money ongarbage. Read more
Normally I love this place, but tonight was terrible. I was just bragging to my GF about how del taco is so much better than... Taco Bell but I think y?all?s must of hired the Taco Bell defects because the way my tacos were made looked like it came fromTaco Bell. Normally y?all?s are fire. Not only were the ingredients skimping this time but it was packed in the bag so poorlythat when I went grab my first taco what little ingredients were in the taco fell out inside the bag. To top I?m off you guysdidn?t even supply me with any napkins. Truly disappointed. I gave you 2 stars though because I know I will be back. I hope youall fix it for next time. Read more

The last two times I've attempted to order food from this location, I wasn't able to. Used to be nice to have somewhere to get a... late night dinner after working. Unfortunately, if you arrive after 11:00 PM, you'll be told that you cannot order unless youorder online or place a doordash order. So frustrating to not be able to get my favorite late at night. Customer service is good. They are always understaffed yet they are still very nice. I ordered a del cheese burger, 2 fish... tacos, a chicken del carbon taco and an asada del carbon taco. They were all horrible. Took a bite from each and threw them allaway. Look at the pics. Even the wrap used was different than usual. Im def not coming back here. Read more
We would typically go here on the blue moon, and during the pandemic this place was great! Now?...., we waited in the drive thru... 30-40 min for our order and most of that was after paying for it! The window girl must have been on her first day, she was slowas hell and didn't know anything. She gave us the wrong drink and asked if we wanted sauce and still got none. I asked her ifour order was gonna come today? And she just agreed that they were going fast.... I've watched honey run faster. I also watched3 cars leave the order line while I was at the window. If this is the service we get for $14/hr..... I'll keep eating at home. Read more
I don't normally leave reviews, but this Del Taco has been knocking it out of the park for years for me. I have been coming here... for almost 10 years and I am a Taco Bell convert because of this location. I had tried Del Taco multiple times before, but thislocation is the one that won me over. The staff throughout the years has always been kind and courteous, the food is always madequick and fresh, and if something is missing, they have no issue making it up and then some (Just ask nicely! We're all human) Iam sitting here eating one of the best quesadillas I have gotten from Del Taco, so good it inspired me to write this review!Skip the insane line across the street, come over here and give the Del a try, you might be surprised. Best alternative to the typical fast food Mexican option. Only drawback has been their suspended breakfast option. Food is... freshly prepared and rarely have I received a wrong order. Read more
