I came to this location twice. Both times the customer service is TERRIBLE. awful service. came in with 5 of us, 2 ordered and they waited over 15 minutes for a smoothie. the remaining 3 of us were never... helped. we left to go to another location. avoid this place unless you?re cool with watching people sit there and do nothing attheir JOB as you try and give them business! Told me they couldn?t chop my strawberries with the spoon thing. She said they only flip the ice cream like twice lol. I?ve... been to several cold stones and have never heard this . Gave me frozen whole strawberries that were not belnded into ice creamat all. There were peanuts and other toppings mixed in. Ice cream was melting it just didn?t taste right. Maybe you should change your cold stone hours on google considering you lock your doors at 10:00pm instead of 10:45pm like it... says & when we called at 9:50pm & asked if your lobby was open you said ?uhhhhhh yeah? kinda of unsure but unsure in a way liketechnically our lobby is open but I don?t want customers coming in 10 minutes before ?close? because my job is just too hard &lord forbid I have customers in the lobby where I can?t start my closing chores earlier than required. As soon as me & anothercustomer parked in your parking lot BEFORE 10:00pm you and another employee peeked out the door & hurried up & locked it. Stopbeing lazy & do better if you?re gonna work otherwise just retire your positions hard workers deserve your jobs/positions morethan you do. i would give zero stars if i could. the staff at this location has given me issues the past 3 times i?ve come here. this time, i... was ordering a specialty ice cream cone that was shown pictured on the glass right above the ice cream flavors. as i wasordering, i could tell the lady taking my order was confused. she must?ve been struggling to remember her menu that wasdisplayed in the window as well as throughout the store. i restated my order again as she verified twice with me already and icorrected her both times. after a third correction, she decided to ask for help and the person she asked for help simply statedfrom 5 feet away, ?tell her we don?t do sundaes here.? i said then, ?the ones right here on the glass in front?? and she saidagain ?tell her we don?t do specialty anything here.? i then told them to have a wonderful day and i took my business elsewhere.
