If I could leave a post without using a star I would. I was there at 8:25 am, went to the drive thru, waiting a couple of... minutes even said hello. And no response. I drive up to the window and saw about 5 or 6 teenagers standing around, talking,playing with their hair. One walked over and said they were closed. I looked at the window and the hours are not posted. This istheir way of convincing management not to open early, because if they do not take orders it looks like they are not getting anybusiness. Corporate should be informed of the game the employees are playing. And make sure their is an adult (older than 20)on duty at all times. Read more
This location is closed more than it's open. They claim no people well if your franchise paid a wage on par with the corporate... stores you probably wouldn't have that issue. Honestly they should just shut it down so some better business can come over herebecause it's just taking up space. They're also strangely skimpy with the beverages like you order a combo and they give you akids cup. I guess that's the franchise's way of saving a nickel. Just spend 35 minutes trapped in your drive thru- it took almost 10 minutes before they came on the microphone to tell you .... They are out of burgers only chicken sandwiches the f4yer is broken and there is no pop. Really. And they have the nerve to berude to me? Why not close up. I used to love this location but in the past year the service is really just not up to par. Service is always slow and the... workers tend to always have an attitude. I've worked fast food before so I completely understand the amount of stress it can puton someone but there's no need for the rudeness. I just visited this location about 5 minutes ago and was informed that becausethey were close to closing time they're only serving burgers because "nobody is gonna fry anything right now" per the cashierswords. This location also legit opens and closes whenever they feel like is so maybe under hours they shouldn't put anythingdown. Side note the lady at the window is way rude. She literally rushed me while I was looking for my card and I get I probablyshould have had it out already but like I stated before the rudeness is just crazy. Read more
Below is a picture of my French toast sticks.....they didn't forget the syrup! This place opens when they want and only have... some things on the menu. Just spend 20 minutes in line to get exactly what you didn't order. But folks just deal with it don'tget upset this is the new norm. Very slow service. One person in line ahead of us, no one behind us. Ordered a Whopper Junior with cheese, but it had no cheese... on it. I paid $.30 for it though, per the receipt. Also ordered 3 Bacon Cheesebrgers. All burgers were room temp at best. Notthe first time we've been disappointed here. Done with them. Read more
Great service at this Burger King. Came for breakfast (French toast sticks and croissant). The drive-thru was pretty quick at... 8:30am when I entered the line. Crew was very friendly, too. French toast - always tasty. Here's a hint: getting them in 3 pcmultiples is a slightly better deal than 5 pc. Sausage Egg and Cheese Croissan'wich - served hot and fresh. No complaints. Read more
