The food was fine but there is a good possibility that the cashier who ran my debit card copied the info and is trying to use... it. Always use cash. NEVER hand over your card if you'll lose sight of it. Read more

Remove one of the order lines since the employees clearly can't handle it. Spent 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order... with only 2 cars ahead of me. 2nd car pulls into lane 2 and gets serviced immediate. I assumed they took my order and the micwas just low since I had been waiting for some long. I pulled forward with the lane 2 car almost causing us to crash. I knewright after the fact that they didn't take my order at all since this is the 3rd time it's happened at this location. Saveyourself the time and get food anywhere else. Read more

By far the rudest service I have ever received!!!! I was the only car in the drive through placing my order. The boy taking my... order said only once, i can?t hear you and then starting to rudely imitate me by talking in gibberish for 10 seconds and thensaid, I?ll be back and left. In disbelief, I drove off after that. It?s a shame businesses lose customers because of theemployee?s rude and lack of character. It clearly shows that this place did not want my business. So naturally I went to MCDwhich was one block away. Everyone there was nice and even told me to have a great day after giving me my order. Read more

Ordered a whopper n fries..took over 12 mins finally left. This Burger King is a joke. Always slow. Food never cooked... well..soggy fries....and the Fast Food employees want 15-20 an hour...LOL...WHY? To make us wait an hour for a burger..totaljoke. Read more

All Burger Kings need to be closed! No customer service at all! I went to this store to use a digital coupon that was offered to... me instead of the franchise giving an edible Whopper(received a blackened bun and burger). I go to this store only to be toldthey weren't taking digital coupons right now, this was after waiting 10min for anyone to come to the counter for service. Andanother worker coming from the back and gasped "oh my God", there was three people in line. Of course I called corporate againand they tell me today that the franchise has the right not to honor the coupon. I still want my money back and/ or an editableWhopper. This has been going on for months and I still haven't gotten ANY satisfaction from ANYONE, proof as to why so many ofthese stores are closed and will be closing! No star would have been appropriate. I ordered the Impossible whopper the bun and burger was so dry. Disappointed because I have been trying to stay away from fast... food. When I finally get some, I was disappointed. The staff is always friendly but they need to stop serving old food. Read more

Please all voice bad service to help any business get better, but also say good things when they do! Well, this isn't unusual,... the assistant day manager not able to run staff properly. Line cooks out of meat, screaming assist. manager constantly makingmistakes then yells at others then would say oops I made a mistake all while we customers watch. But today was my last strawwith his drama tantrum. I walked in and ordered, but first had to watch him exploding about no food being made and why, person'sname, wasn't doing their job. I waited 18 min. inside next to the window and watched the 6 cars that were ahead of gettingservice and 2 people behind in walk-in get served. I kept watching the assistant manager throw my food items down saying why doI have these and kept throwing my ordered item. After the third time doing so I snapped and, yes, screamed just give my moneyback. I also did inform him of his incompetence, demeaning staff, and throwing fed-ex delivery while we watch is enough BS tomake all around him mad. While the rest of the staff was the nicest, lack of real leadership will keep good business morale downcreating bad service, why is he in charge? The lady stating being 6 months pregnant was/ is more qualified, it is obviousindeed. Read more

The woman working at the drive-thru (11 and hoover location) explained to me that Quarter Pounders have the exact same... ingredients as a Whopper when I asked her what the difference was because I've never had one plus they are currently running asale. So I ordered two QP meals. Get all the way home. Absolutely NOT the exact same ingredients at all... missing tomato,lettuce & Mayo. Pic incl. They added mustard to both burgers which I have a bad reaction to (causes me heartburn & gastricdistress). I should have just Googled it in the first place. I'm totally shocked the workers don't even know differences betweenthese sandwiches. But anywho the fries were ok. ???? Read more
