This particular Arby?s is not only busy, but they train their staff right. The manager had a particularly ornery customer in... drive thru that forgot to mention they had a coupon. They were very angry, but the manager de-escalated the situation withgrace and style. Honestly, I think I wouldn?t have been as nice at someone screaming at me for something that could quickly berectified. Besides that nasty behavior from an angry customer, the quality of the food was spot on. The right temperature thatlooked and tasted great. I would not hesitate going to this 10 Mile just west of Hoover location (not all Arby?s are alike). Read more

Inside of my bun was burnt on my Arby's Melt. The pop machine and bathroom both were flooded. My bro in law said his prime rib... sandwich was soggy as well. I had left and realized I dropped my wallet so I called up there and was told to hold on. Afterabout 10 seconds I was disconnected. I called back and asked again and was told "don't see any wallet here" I went back to therestaurant to find my wallet under the table exactly where I said it probably was. Pretty rude. Anybody that has ever lost awallet knows how much of a pain it is to recover from between the license and debit/credit/bank cards. I would not recommendthis place to eat. Read more

I ordered 4RB classes sandwich and other things the 4 RB classic sandwiches old meat and each sandwich only had 2 slices of... meat this is ridiculous what a rip off I will never get food there again stay away from this place Read more

Food was fresh. Order was accurate. They did give us someone else's order. Hence the three stars. We gave the bag back before... we left the window. Had to pull up and wait for the order. I believe the dining room is now open at this location aswell. Since many restaurants are short staffed I can't expect much more. Read more

Seem this female may have been a "manager" or someone with authority. She didn't greet me with a hello/a may I help you, but she... did stand behind the register and stare at me SILENTLY. I C folks haven't learned YET!!!. They had none of the food I ordered. Ijus got a shake, it was hot outside......Very POOR SERVICE Read more

Tried the new Wagyu Burger. I enjoyed it, because... 1. The meat was about as thick as one would have at a backyard BBQ and...... 2. The Brioche Bun was really good. And... 3. It was loaded with toppings. Disclosure: I requested extra sauce (very possibly,unneeded. Wait until you see the pix. lol.) The price was reasonable compared to other special sandwiches elsewhere. sooo extremely slow. they need new staff. got the new chicken sandwich and it was cold to the touch the chicken and everything.... the cheese didnt even melt.. i had to microwave the damn sandwich like come on just quit if ur that bad at something so simple.id go back but the line takes 30 minutes to get to the window..
