A man knew that a cookie was already paid for and he told me to come on and I gave him a dollar to pay for the cookie that is 59... cent and get change back. Worst 7 eleven in the world. My family love 7 eleven but the one on 13 mile and hoover, the owner is so nasty and rude. We went... to get hot dogs like we do at any 7 eleven. This one always has one left and they don't put new ones on the grill. If it wasonce or twice I can understand, but all the time. We got 3 big gulp thinking we can get three hot dogs since they come with hotdog. The guy said he only had one and he is not going to put any more on the grill. So I said we will get one gulp then. Do yourself a favor and go to any other 7-11. Their coffee and Hot Chocolate is watered down, their slurpee machines aren't very... good and the clerks are all very rude. Every other 7-11 I have been to is much nicer than this one. Read more
The customer service is not good in the a.m. hours. The owner / operator is consistently rude. His wife is a little better but... not much. The afternoon and night time clerks are much better. I just try to avoid this 7-11 all together. Read more
The best customer service I have seen is at this 7-Eleven unlike any other location where employees don?t even acknowledge you... as a customer. The employees are always greeting their customers with a smile and we don?t see that happening at many places.Ever since this location got a new owner, the store has been very clean and organized and actually makes me want to shop theremore often. The new owner, Jabar has been nothing but amazing and makes sure all his customers are satisfied and leave with asmile. The food is always fresh and fully stocked at all times and thanks to their employee, Zaheer for an outstanding job onkeeping up with that.
