Good little McDonald?s. Nice staff. Friendly and all. This is a very small location! They had the job killer self service... board which no one used. Food was as expected. Easy in and out. All in all good to go. Read more
Everytime I go here my order is always messed up. This last time I ordered a Sausage Egg Cheese Biscuit... the lady rang me up... for a Sausage egg Biscuit and added cheese...charging me 60 cents for cheese. when i tried to tell her that she made a mistake,she had a massive attitude with me and basically shoved my card back in my hand and slammed the window. she should of rang me upfor a Sausage egg cheese Biscuit, it would of been cheaper and its literally on their menu. The manager was no help at alleither, also had an attitude. ive also witnessed employees not wash their hands coming out of the bathroom and making food withno gloves. *i worked at this place and quit promptly after having to break rules that are health hazards. Something new @ this McDonald's near my home: the order taker & the pickup window people & probably the rest of the staff are... very very very polite! Maybe new owners or possibly NEW MANAGEMENT! There was a man there who used to YELL " THANK YOU" over &over if we didn't leave the window fast enough to his liking. We were checking out our order because half of the time it waswrong. We're happy he's gone & I bet the Staff is too! Read more
After standing and waiting had to ask the workers who were hanging around to take our order. All three frappes were filled to... different sizes and we were told that was normal. Had to wipe all three cups from spills. No, thank you, there are a lot ofother places to eat Read more
I go here quite often because I work in Warren. The staff is usually friendly. Service is always quick and they almost always... get my order correct. The only small complaint that I have is that there ice cream machine is almost never working when I askfor it. Seems to be an issue that McDonald's is becoming notorious for worldwide. Read more
Frys were great the big Mac and pumpkin pie dried out and old.staff not asswholes but not friendly at all.
