Love tropical smoothie by the way. Todays visit was pretty upsetting. The person working at the cash register was taking... payments and collecting MONEY and wouldn?t wash hands between collecting physical money and making smoothies. I advised themanager about what?s going on considering MONKEY POX and COVID still being a thing and hands should be washed in betweencollecting cash payments. The manager stated they are not required to wash their hands in between because they are physicallytouching the smoothies. Again, I stated so when he?s scooping ice and throws it back into the batch ice container, it doesn?tcontainment the ice? Or when he puts the lid on my drink the money residue doesn?t get on my lid? She just said sorry andproceeded not to care. I got my refund, but will be calling corporate for them to do better when it comes to sanitation. Read more

This is the worst TS location I have ever been to. The floors were filthy, even behind the counter. Strawberries, spinach... leaves, paper, straws, other things I couldn?t identify - the floor was just nasty. I don?t see how the employers work withoutslipping and falling in that gross mess. Speaking of employees, those people do NOT get in a hurry. The kid at the registerspent most of his time texting. When it was my turn I had to say, ?Excuse me, can I order?? after standing there watching himtext for about 30 seconds. He didn?t even seem to care, just sat his phone down and looked at me, waiting on my order. Then,while waiting on my order to be made I saw two other customers come in and get ignored while he finished typing his textsout. Finally, my smoothie wasn?t even blended thoroughly. I couldn?t drink it while driving because the straw was constantlystopped up. The location on N May is wonderful, but this location is right next to my house so I often come here instead. For some reason... this location has an extremely difficult time blending their smoothies thoroughly (there are often whole dates in the bottom ofmy chia banana boost) or preparing their wraps properly. How am I supposed to eat this wrap without a fork? Also, they seem tolike to close their store on promotional days where they would have to give away free things per corporate (like national flipflop day - get a free smoothie if you're wearing flip flops). TSC is my favorite go-to dinner, but I hate this location. How cantwo stores serving the same menu be so completely different? Read more

Worst smoothie in Oklahoma City! It takes a lot to p*** me off. I leave LOTS of positive reviews but now must issue a... warning. Let me paint a picture . . . My wife and I walk in, and the store has only two customers eating their food. No line?Perfect! We mistakenly believe that we will be in and out of here fast. One employee is sitting at a table enjoying herbeverage. Behind the counter are two sluggish employees filling containers and bags to restock. Standing at the register, nobodymoves to take our order for a couple of minutes. We stare at them. They stare at us but remain motionless. They appear to betrying to wait us out, hoping that we will go away. My wife and I stand firm. We drove here, and now we feel committed. Theemployee at the table gets up to take our order. We feel like we are making progress. But after we pay, she returns to enjoyingher beverage while NO ONE is preparing our order?!? (Waiting us out again? Game on!) She returned behind the counter a fewminutes later to prepare our order. Now other would-be customers arrived in time for their opportunities to get ignored. Shefinishes the smoothies and sets them on the counter. Smoothie is dripping down both drinks' sides, yet they are nowhere nearfilled. We can see whole oats and unground chunk fruit on top of our Tripleberry Oat smoothies. Want to know what doesn't gothrough a straw? Whole oats and unground chunk fruit. We had to toss them as they were undrinkable. This location is adisaster. Management is terrible. The staff is uncaring. And your order will get messed up. Peanut butter banana crunch! Seemed a little lite! The blueberry Bliss smoothie was delicious!!

I wish I could give this location zero stars. They should be embarrassed and ashamed to produce this quality of food. Whoever... made this needs to find another place of employment if they are this unhappy with their role and work. This is a picture of achicken quesadilla. The food was so cold the cheese was not even melted. The cheese was still in shredded form. The chicken thatwas included was ice cold. Speaking of chicken they used TWO pieces of chicken, TWO. This store is a joke. Edited to add--- Ithrew the rest of the food from my $23.98 order in the trash. Who knows how they prepared and handled the rest of the food in myorder. This location is usually pretty busy. The staff is always working hard to be as fast and efficient as possible. I come here... maybe three times a month. There is typically a wait however so be prepared to stay at least 15 minutes. I think the amount ofpeople coming in at dinner should warrant for more employees on the clock. Our smoothies were really great for this visit butthe chicken pesto panini didn?t have the sauce it typically has. Totally different sandwich than the last time we had it aboutthree weeks ago. This is my favorite place to get smoothies now. I prefer this smoothie cafe over any of the others. And there prices are way... better than any of the other places too. There employees are awesome and friendly too. And the smoothies are a lot better. And Ihave never seen such a clean bathroom in any restaurant, and clean store. Read more
