Every time I order delivery, the order is messed up. Cold chicken. Not shaken in flavor. Missing dipping sauces. And every time,... whether I order thru Postmates or their website I get barely any refund. I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of qualitycontrol here. Never again. Read more

I have never been here before and was taken here with my cousins and it is great. I much rather eat here than a comparable place... like canes. The chicken was good and thin and the fries had good flavor. Read more

Our new go to. We eat here atleast once or twice a week. Pretty Damn good. Make sure to try their jar desserts. The reeses and... Pecan pie are my favorite so far. They have a pumpkin pie jar one right now for the holidays haven't tried it but I plan on it. Read more

Normally I'd leave a 5 star because I've never had a negative experience. But today was quite ridiculous. Come in for lunch and... I order 2 hungry meals one with cayenne one with honey mustard amd a slims with honey mustard. Well the kid taking the orderjust repeated the hungry meals so both say cayenne ranch. But I told him one with honey mustard the other the ranch. But the kidclaimed he could change the sauce. So I told him then to delete and re put them in with the correct sauces. Get my order. Allthree meals have honey mustard. And my hungry meals only have 1 sauce each of honey mustard. But no cayenne ranch. So now I'vegotta ask for my cayenne ranches. Pretty sure the hungry meal comes with 2 sauces each. It's not a hard job to know what eachmeal comes with. Order iD is 3145988235595782. Ordered Hungry meal. Only got half my gravy at drive thru so had to go in anyway. Was taking too long to get what i had... already waited for so left without my gravy. Drove somewhere to eat a couple miles away and found they didn't give me toasteither. Drove back and showed them at what was then 30 minutes after date an receipt. Told them they could keep the food andthe $20 I paid for it and left. Obviously I wouldn't have been as upset if this wasn't a recurring problem. What would taketheir employee 10 seconds to check cost me way much more time to address. Paying that much for food and them not even gettingthe order half right, repeatedly, is got going to win customers. Read more

*MUST READ* Writing my Employee Review here since it magically keeps disappearing from Employee Review websites. There is no... corporate phone number, making it incredibly difficult to reach anyone higher up to discuss any issues within a particularbranch. Let?s begin with management. I was hired here for no more than 4 weeks. That?s right, 4 weeks. And within those fourweeks, I had never seen such a mismanaged, dirty, and chaotic workplace in my years of customer service. I?m a full time collegestudent, and I needed a second job as a means to pay bills and cover tuition costs. This is the only place that reached back tome despite applying to hundreds of places during a fictional ?worker shortage?. Nonetheless, I felt this review was important tobring awareness to whoever is higher up in the Slim Chickens chain, and as well as a precautionary tale to customers. During myshort stint here, I had seen disgusting mishandling of food and safety code, managers berating customers, and an incrediblelevel of unprofessionalism. I?ve seen food fall on the floor and put back into food containers or even right unto a customersorder and put right out. No use of gloves anywhere in the kitchen. Dirty floors, Management and cooks leaving the bathroomwithout washing their hands. Seeing all this forced me to leave despite being desperate for this low-pay job. After I hadattempted to reach out to someone in authority, my hours were conveniently cut and on my fourth week, I was not on the schedulefor an entire week. No phone call. Nothing. I later come to find I can no longer access my employee portal and it all becomesclear. This is to warn other potential people seeking employment. My immediate red flag should have been the hiring manager(patty) just not showing up THREE TIMES when she scheduled people for an interview.
