Love this scooters. I frequent almost ever day, usually mornings but occasionally the evenings as well. Every employee who has... greeted me has always been so kind and cheerful. There's been 1 occasion where my drink was hot instead of iced and they fixedit right there after apologizing ((which it was probably my fault anyway I probably forget to say iced!!)). I went through today(8/1) and they were out of their oat milk. Sad? Yes. But it's out of their control! They were very nice to me since I made anonline order and gave me a gift card for the slight upcharge of the oatmilk. Which again, they totally didn't have to do but didout of the kindness of their hearts. They have recognized me as a regular, which is always a plus but "regular" or not I dobelieve they would be just as nice and genuine to me still. It's obvious the crew here is doing a good job, they work in atimely manner and are as friendly as ever!!!! Read more
visited this location this morning following a call I made about a wrong order. i asked if i could have the order remade (iced... caramelicious), as I had left my name and my phone number with the authority that I spoke to at this location. of course, I knowim not entitled to a ?free drink? by any means, so I said I have no problem paying for the drink. from the get go, I could tellthe person taking my order had an attitude. I was very polite and was in good spirits this morning, but they seemed to be in arush and very short with me despite me being the only one in the drive thru. If you didn?t want to remake my drink for free, youliterally could of said so. When I asked you to remake it, I had no problem paying for it but I would have also appreciated itbeing remade free of charge since you guys messed it up. We all have rough mornings. But that?s no excuse to have an attitudewith a customer that was nothing but polite. I had also just come off a very long and exhausting night shift. we all have towork. do better. Read more
