This Zaxby was the best I've seen. The cashier welcomed me immediately upon entering. My order was received very quickly and... the two staff members I encountered (young man and a more seasoned woman) were so friendly and thanked me for stopping in. This was an awesome place for lunch I met my Granddaughter and her four year old twin Daughters, my Greats! We had a delicious... meal and took enough home for Dinner. Don't believe you would be disappointed if you stop by for a meal! Thanks Xaxby's!! Read more

Don't get the coleslaw. Get extra fries instead. It tastes like someone forgot to rise out the bottle of sanitizer before... putting the coleslaw in the container! Otherwise, I get the spicy Zaxby sauce with my 6-finger chicken plate. They've got oneof those coke a cola machines with a hundred options of drinks. I usually get the vitamin power drink. Other than the coleslawissues they have had over the years, it's over of the best chicken restaurants you can go to. UPDATE: I never got a response from the first manager, but I did issue a second complaint and a different manager, Clark, got in... touch with me and refunded my whole order. So I raised my review from 1 Star to 3 for at least taking eventual corrective actionthat should have been done with the first manager I corresponded with. ---------- Went there a few weeks ago. First, they wereout of stock on wings. Second, they asked me if I wanted to get more fries, I declined. They charged me extra for more friesthat I didn't order. Third, they upcharged me for a larger drink I also didn't order. Fourth, I ordered extra sauces, theydidn't give me those or even all the sauces that were supposed to come with the meal. Fifth, I ordered fried mushrooms and theygave me a small box that barely had anything in it. Sixth, when I gave online feedback through Zaxby's that they charged meextra money for stuff I didn't order, then didn't give me the stuff I requested; I just got an email saying sorry.
