The girl that took my order constantly pretended not to understand me, absolutely not a single polite word , and after I payed... and said ?thank you? for giving me the card back, she literally slammed the window in front of me . Quite the opposite was thegentleman working on handing the food out (second window). He was very kind and polite . Service was slow, burger was clearly hastily assembled, and the prize were at least 3 or 4 oz too heavy from the grease they... were soaked in and I didn't see that until I was rolling so they were thrown away without being touched cuz they weredisgusting. Ordered the Pretzel Bacon Pub, the food came undercooked. The staff quickly replaced it at no additional charge or fuss, though... I did hear the manager/shift lead roasting some of the workers about doing orders wrong. The food itself after the mistake gotfixed was good. Morning Breakfast on the way to work. First the lady was very rude at the drive thru speaker. I get to the window and have my... money ready. I sit there 19 min and no one has even taken my money.
