I have had the All Star breakfast and it is great, consistent, but I tried the quarter pound bacon cheese burger and it was not... good at all. First off, the patty was too small to be a quarter pound burger when compared to a McDonald's qtr # burger. Themeat was tasteless except for the saltiness of it. The pickless were salty and the bacon was salty, get where I am going here? The service however has been exceptional. I will be back for the All Star, but not the burger. Read more
Service was excellent with Portia, food was great, music was wonderful 70's & 80's until one of the younger employees changed... it. I think the music should be for the enjoyment of the customer. The majority was 60 and up. Her choice of music killed themood, depressing tone and words. Just an opinion. Read more
The food was done really good. Perfect little waffle house that has amazing staff and gets your food out to you quick! My... friends and I went together as a group and we all ordered something different, yet all the food came out around the same timewhich was great! Our waitress Ash was a friendly server who helped out whenever we needed something, very attentive to ourneeds as we sat around and drank, she would come by and refill our glasses and made sure to clean up any plates that were in theway. I really enjoy W/H restaurantts. They are all over the place. They sure beat the fast food places - I have yet to have to wait... even when theyy are busy. The food is always HOT and made TO ORDER. I ask that my hash browns be extra criispy and they are.Always excellent service. I hhhave yet to eat anything that I wouldn't orrrrder again. I have also yet to visit a store thatI wouldnt go back to. Keep up the good work. OH, and I have begun to tip the cook. Read more
Nice way to end a long day. Bacon was crispy and tasty, scrambled eggs were just right, bowl of grits were hot and very good,... but my pecan waffle was the best. Service was very good. Read more
Wow! What a great experience! Food is better than most other Waffle Houses (always good...) but the people here make the visit... worth while! They are all so nice and looks like they really enjoy being here! They even started dancing when a good song cameon! Way to go Waffle House on Russell! Read more
Spent 25 bucks here get home and this is what I got and also didn?t get any I mean ANY meat with my All star meal but they wanna... have an attitude when I called them and as u can see my waffles are BURNT!!!!! Omg what a way to start the day off never again Read more
Another place in Warner Robins that will usually get really busy. Go early and beat the crowd. Food is always cooked properly... and staff are really nice. Read more
