Beyond unprofessional. I walked in and theyre cussing at each other. The cooks seem to be frustrated because the morning shift... was a mess. The older waitress was picking at the younger cook. Just inappropriate behavior and there were multiple small kidsaround. Read more

Saw the waffle house sign on the way home from soccer practice with two hungry kids. The kids meals were loaded with eggs,... toast, hash browns, and sausage. The All-Star special hit the spot as always, especially with the pecan and peanut butter chipwaffle. The service was extraordinarily fast and the staff was friendly and humorous. Worst Service ever, the waitress name Ms Nikki is one of the rudest employees I've ever witnessed. She encouraged each customer... walking in to leave or come back in an hour cause she was supposedly the only one working tonite and was overwhelmed with Iguess the customers prior to us arriving.. so I decided to wait 55mins to order a to go order.. the most genuine person was theTall Male Black Chef/working the grill... Good breakfast hot fast cheap it was delicious. Whenever I'm in the south or on a road trip I always grab some waffle House.
Cook was in a bad mood. Staff was arguing with her. They were very short staffed. Our order took a long time before it was ready... and it was ice cold. The cook was preparing multiple orders and instead of sending the orders out when they were ready, she letthem sit on the counter until she had them All done. I didn't bother to complain.
