Called in to get pricing/details on a few things. The lady with whom I spoke on the phone was very helpful and professional.
When I entered the restaurant, the waiter did not come out easily, two items I ordered were missing, and there was no soup... I... don't understand why they would put something on the menu that was not ready. I was disgusted by the low level of humanresources: there were three waitstaff who didn't come out easily, and yet none of them were able to handle the situation. Iliked the product itself, so I went there several times to buy it, but this time I was so displeased that I will never go thereagain. They should put more effort into education. Read more
