Nothing to shout about. Food was fine, workers behind the counter all seemed to be bothered that there were customers.
Came in for a sandwich and there were three girls at the front. One was taking care of a customer, the other was working on a... mobile order and the other girl was putting in the order for the customer that was there previously. After they checked her out,one of the girls came up to me and asked what I was ordering. I asked for an Italian BMT footlong.. after a while she asks mewhat kind of sandwich I was getting and I told her again the BMT. She then proceeded to get the sandwich meat for the BMT, Iasked if they had fresh mozzarella (because some subways run out) and she just looks at me dead in the face. Doesn't sayanything. I didn't say anything else because I knew it was late and they all probably just sent to go home. She finishes and Iasked for the fresh mozzarella cheese and to add onions and bell pepper to toast it all together. She does this and puts it inthe toaster and kept opening the door to check the sandwich....interrupting the timer that is set for each specific sandwich. Mysandwich was never toasted... then to the veggies. She grabs a hand cluster of pickles and dumps it on the sandwich. Adds waytoo much spinach and when I asked for a little bit of oil and vinegar. She freaking drenched it with oil and vinegar. Mysandwich was a soggy mess and hardly edible. I am really disappointed and won't be coming to this location again. Read more
Food and service were good but there is an extremely high step up to the sidewalk. Anyone with mobility or balance problems of... any kind should go somewhere else. Read more
When I went there were 2 girls working the counter one was a little nice th other was confused she looked new and it showed alot... my sister ordered a wrap and said jalapeño and lettuce and she put olives she said nothing about olives thi is the new girl btwI can tell why they're hiring. Read more
I did a online order for a footlong toasted meatball Pepperoni & mozzarella. We added bacon and were charged 1.60 extra. When I... got home 4.5 miles away we found it was not toasted and there was no bacon. I called the store so I can get credited back to myaccount online were I have a card tied to my account but they said they couldn't do that I would have to drive back to the storeto get the money. My husband and I went to this location for Lunch . There were 2 girls working . One was very nice , but one was extremely rude.... While we were sitting in the restaurant eating , she was on her phone ( on speaker ) yelling and screaming at someone , pacingaround the restaurant as if no one was in there ! Then a lady came in to order sandwiches and she told her that she couldn?torder 5 sandwiches in the store . She had to do it online ! The lady said ? I don?t know why you have an attitude but ?? Thegirl said to her ? I ain?t tryin to argue with you I?m just sayin we can?t make no 5 sandwiches !! You got to do that online!!? I thought the lady was gonna go across the counter at that girl ! Female server was extremely unfriendly, would not talk to me unless I said something, and would look at as if im from outer... space. She would not ask any questions, just stare as she made the sub. Server did not run a coupon I handed her and refused togive me a refund when I asked. She walked away during the conversation even though I was respectful to her. Horrible person, andreal bad experience. People like her should quit if they hate their job so much. Stay away from this restaurant. Read more
Went tonight, there were 3 girls working. The girl closest to the entrance was on her phone, with gloves on, and never... acknowledged our presence. Another girl came from the side, and started helping us. The other girl then proceeded to slide herpersonal cell phone down the line and continue making a sandwich, touching all over her phone, and then all in the meat, cheese,and vegetables with the same exact gloves. So unsanitary and unprofessional. We brought this to their attention, and they actedclueless as to how it was unsanitary. We left. Read more
