Love visiting the Starbucks inside of Kroger because it makes grocery shopping more tolerable. Even if you don?t need to shop,... it?s nice to stop by this Starbucks kiosk and see friendly faces and get excellent customer service. Service here is not good. It is understandable if employees are stressed but this place was not busy when I stopped by I... started with ?Hi? than stated my order. Instead the guy stated ?Hi how are you? condescendingly as if I had just not greetedhim. He did not initially hear me greet him but:.... is that really my fault? Not everyone on this planets is rude and deservesto be treated as such. Based on other reviews it looks like ppl have had a problem with same guy. Looks like someone might needto either humble himself or is in need of an attitude check. The other Starbucks with the drive through on Watson is muchbetter. They messed up our drink so all we did was ask if the woman charged us for what we wanted or did it differently. Well the other... woman that was working making the coffee that I was not speaking to walks up doesn?t say a word snatches the drink walks over tothe sink and pours the coffee out. Honestly if you hate your job so much find somewhere else!!!! And I?m sure she knows who shewas? I frequently go to this location, and they do an excellent job. The baristas at this store are very knowledgeable, fast and... always really nice. Their boss Chris is a great guy, and is always there. Working the hardest, and knows EVERYTHING aboutcoffee lol. I swing by that Kroger 3-4 times a week, and now I stop by everytime because I can't just walk past without sayinghi lol. They do a great job. Read more
