Arrived tonight. Parked. Partially ordered and was quickly interrupted with girl saying, 'I don't understand a thing you said.... Please move to another slot.' I did, girl took order and asked me to verify it on the screen, the screen was black, I insertedmy card and sat there several minutes. Pressed call button. Told her the problem and, at first, asked us to move to ANOTHER slotthen, after my comment that we had already moved once, she said we could pay when food was delivered. 15-30 seconds later a handpopped in the window and I presumed it was for my payment. I hesitantly handed over my debit card. Didn't return until ordercame. My cola tasted rancid, my wife's yummy fresh lemonade was a lot of ade with little lemon taste, our tots containers lookedto be missing 2 or 3 in each of them, no condiments (ketchup or honey mustard) included, had to wait for them to be handdelivered. My Coney dog appeared to have been slaughtered in the back lot! Mustard and cheese and chili slopped everywhere. Tosay the very least we were disappointed. If this was a 'normal' experience, I am concerned about the future for your business.Did not get the greatest fast food service for our $17.85 cost. Come on Sonic, pull your act together. Read more
THIS IS THE WORST SONICS. Honestly this place needs to be shut down. The orders are never right. Tonight I got a #1, no lettuce... no tomatoes, shake taste funny. I asked for Mayo and the girl brought me ranch?the staff doesn?t listen nor care about theproducts they are putting out. I tried calling to complain and the phone was busy. I will NEVER go back. This place needs to beshut down and everyone needs to be re-trained. This is absolutely awful. If Chick Fil A can be busy and they are right near themand get their orders correct it is no excuse for this establishment. Read more
Who's ever job it is to clean the bathrooms here needs to be fired, everything was filthy, the toilet seat was loose and chained... to the commode, it was even loose like somebody tried to take the commode. The drainage grate where mop water and all that stuffis supposed to be drained into has no covering and a small child can get their legs stuck in that pipe. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders dinner. It came with 3 "tenders", tots, ONE onion ring, and a drink for about $8. It... actually tasted pretty good, but I have never seen such oddly shaped chicken tenders. And what's with the 1 scrawny onion ring?I Tossed it out the window as soon as I opened the box. It wasn't completely battered and didn't look appetizing. I ordered atone of the stalls and the service was really fast. YUM! It?s been a minute since I decided to have sonic due to past experiences. But they have the BEST cheese sticks. Our food... was fresh, hot, and exactly how we ordered it! The service was also pretty prompt. Very pleased! Read more

Sometimes this location is fine, sometimes it?s terrible. Probably depends on who is working and how busy they are. They get... drinks wrong half of the time, and charge full price for drinks sometimes during happy hour. Last time we ordered food, myentire order of popcorn chicken was just fried batter?no chicken in any of the pieces. Just stuff like that showing that there?slittle to no attention to detail or care for customers. Read more
It's sonic food so it is what it is, order was wrong but whatever but I give it a full one star because the bathroom was... completely gross! I mean it and you know what I mean by "it" was on the walls on the floor, for some reason there was ramennoodles everywhere... Never ever again! Read more
