Went through drive through and ordered. My son wanted a cheese sandwich. Told them I wanted nothing except cheese and a bun. No... meat, condiments, nothing. Cheese and a bun only. The place looks amazing. The food was cold and old. I added cheese to my chicken sandwich and it looked like they pulled an... old chicken sandwich and added cheese. Very close to a burnt chicken. All the other food was lukewarm. Fries weren't evenwarm. They served 3 orders before they finished putting ours together which left it the way I described. The manager isn't evenin a mcdonalds uniform and put his hands all over the food in the bag as he was checking that he got the 3 burgers and 3 friesin a bag. How hard was that to remember? Read more
This evening was a slow service . Long drive through line . So I gone inside thinking it be better Got my order in faster but... waited over 30min. For food and fries was luke warm and not freshly hot when my order is called. Read more
I stood at register for close to 15 minutes, nobody came towards it. Several others were in the 'waiting area'. When someone... handed a customer their food, I asked if someone was running the register & explained that I wanted to just order tea. She toldme to go to the kiosk- which I could not pay at as I had change. If they had the courtesy to put a sign at the register statingkiosk orders only, I would have not stood around just waiting. Finally another employee assisted when I told her that I and thecustomer behind me just needed tea- which I appreciated. Even during a worker shortage, customers still expect acknowledgementof their presence versus just being ignored. Read more
Some of the staff could be more friendly and welcoming but the food was hot and fresh and fast! We can hear a smile ladies and... gentlemen? let?s at least pretend like we enjoy our jobs Read more
This place is ridiculous, I stopped to get my baby some fries and milk. When I say totally incompetent manager, they did not... have change for a $10, did not want to give change, offered to exchange some change and they decline. The manager is sad and nota adequate problem solver. To many people were there, I can imagine how that the rest of the night went. Tim I hope you all dobetter or just train your staff better. We never go there, I do appreciate the reminder tonight why we stopped going. ???? Ijust saw the reviews, now I get it. The workers are most certainly need training, it's Zaxby's for us... Got BOGO chicken sandwiches with a coupon i got in the mail. Service was friendly but the drive thru was kinda slow and only... had 3 cars ahead of us. Chicken sandwiches were hot and tasted good but had NO pickles or mayo on them. Will still give emanother shot though Read more
This McDonald?s used to be really great. I don?t know what?s happened to them recently but the level of apathy and laziness when... it comes to orders is getting impressive. I was ordered hotcakes with sausage. Got an empty container. Pancakes in a brownpaper bag for some reason. No sausage. No utensils. No syrup, butter. And they charged my card twice. I had to get itfixed. Last time I went they got the line mixed up and charged me for someone else?s order. Gave my food to someone else andvice versa. It took so long to get it fixed that the food was gross once I could finally leave. Six months ago, I would havesaid this was the best McDonald?s and one of the only reliable places in town to pick up fast food that won?t hospitalize orstraight up rob you. But apparently the middle Georgia virus is contagious and McDonald?s caught it too. Read more
